Tired, injured, and weak. It works! But, I also think that for someone who has never ran a marathon, they really need to know what 20 miles feels like. If you have a few marathons under your belt, I say go for it. I am considering the same using the CrossFit Endurance program. Conventional training plans with high mileage have just left me tired and injured. I need the same BQ time as you and I was 17 seconds short for 2015. Hope to improve by at least a couple of minutes for 2016.
